Natural Manufacturers:
Cost: 2
Consumer Goods from jobs: +10%

Inept Manufacturers:
Cost: -2
Consumer Goods from jobs: -10%

Natural Metallurgists:
Cost: 2
Alloys from jobs: +10%

Inept Metallurgists:
Cost: -2
Alloys from jobs: -10%
