Description:

Do you think that 6 mineral mining stations are not enough?
Do you have absolutely no idea what to do with 50K energy?
Do you believe that a surveyor can surely be faster than the 6 year cool down?
Then this mod is for you!
I literally just removed the cool down for the surveyor!
Hell, you can even use it during cool down because why not?
The AI will view this as a important treasure and use it at almost any chance they have!
The only semblance of balance that I gave to this relic was that I doubled the energy costs!
