Description:

Adds the partial building slots from Masterful Crafters to the Catalytic Processing civics.[media.giphy.com]

Partial building slots do NOT stack if both civics are taken.

Overwrites the Industrial District but should otherwise be compatible with anything, this mod doesn’t even touch Catalytic Processing itself aside from localization.

For Stellaris 3.6. Localized in English.
