All Psionic Patron Selection
A selection menu for the various shroud covenants (Stellaris v 2.3.X)
When the event would naturally trigger you will instead get a menu that offers you the ability to select the covenants. Once selected you will be taken to the intro menu for that covenant with the ability to return to the selector or take the covenant up on their offer.
