An update to "Golden Galaxy: IBU!"

I’ve taken the liberty to customize some newer particles added by IBU in its latest version.
I’m also fairly certain that IBU and IBS now share the same file names, so this should be compatible with IBS too.

Note that you should NOT have GG installed, that this is to be loaded AFTER IBU, and that IBU should be close to last in your load order. Enjoy!

Fun fact: GG is based off the Pinwheel Galaxy mod, which is inspired by M101, the actual Pinwheel Galaxy[www.nasa.gov]!
