Eldar Seer Advisor
The following mod adds Eldar Seer (or Eldar Announcer as some like to call him) from Dawn of War II, as an Advisor. As you may know, Dawn of War and Stellaris are two different genres, therefore communications in those games vary. However, I think Eldar Seer’s lines are quite fitting, for many situations in Stellaris. I’m planning to work on it a bit, maybe add or create new line, using what i have.
As for the materials, i want to give a shout out to Youtube user: "Samuel David", who probably spent some time in extracting files from the game itself and making a video from them.
