Reason to separated:No way to keep compatibility when Expanded Events not enable,because no global flags enable.

Because this mod change original mod code directly,so no compatibility issues except other patches for original mods.
Load order:
Place near bottom of load order.
Caution!
May cause some mod not play as original author wants,so if any authors of these mods wants this mod to be delete, and I will.
Don’t report any bugs with this mod to original mod pages, uninstall this mod first, and report back when it recurs.
