Overview
This mod tries to make the frontiers of your empire harder to manage. For now this is done by simply adding +5 crime per jump away from your capital.
This mod is meant to be played along with Vanilla Crime Expanded but can be used standalone.
I initially thought of using a 5% multiplier, but if you manage to keep your pops at 100% happiness then nothing would happen. Let me know what you think of the results and if the crime rate should be raised or lowered. Or any other maluses that should incur.
