NGS – New Galactic System
This mod merges and integrates Galactic Community Expanded (GCE) and Galactic Community ++ (G++).
It add everything added by the Galactic Community Expanded mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2274356555 and by the Galactic Community ++ https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2056704792.
To know what I have done, check the changelog.
This mod does not change "00_resolution_categories". It simply add a new file called "03_resolution_categories_modded" which improve "passive" compatibility.
Currently, NGS uses vanilla defines

I will update the mod when Stellaris 3.6 will come out.
In future updates I will try to improve the behavior of the AI regarding voting.
