Simple Compatibility Patch between Fallen Empires Expanded 3
and Ethics and Civic Bug branch
This should fix issue that caused Fallen empires spawning as despicable neutrals if you had both mods installed. As with all comp patches this should go under both mods in load order.
As developer of FEE3 pointed out this should also work with E&CC 3.3.4 Unofficial Patch. It is in requirements but if you are using this choose between Ethics and Civics Bug branch or Ethics And Civics Classic Unofficial Patch
