Custom Fallen Empires

This mod allows you to create a custom empire that generates as a fallen empire in the game.
The empire that you create replaces the existing fallen empire of the same type (e.g., Materialist, Spiritualist, Xenophile, Xenophobe, or Machine).
How it works:
– Create an AI empire and add one of the Fallen Empire origins
– Set the AI empire that you created to always spawn
– Start the game
