Description:

The Totalitarian Faction’s "Stratified Society" now counts "Decadent Lifestyle" as a valid option.

Since it has basically the same effects as "Stratified Economy" it just makes sense. I just want my people to be happy and to use some of these damn consumer goods I accidentally made too many of.

This only adds one line to the file "commonpop_faction_type0_totalitarian.txt"
