Description:

Theoretically prohibiting AI from successfully making progress of archaeology stuffs, by adding an edict which gives AI many debuffs.
I mean AI will try to start digging an Archaeological sit, but never reach the higher ranks.Theoretically.

If this doesn’t work, using the "Permanently Solution", by adding technology which reduce the clues that AIs gain for every normaly country.
If some countries just rise from pre-ftl civils after you using of "Permanently Solution", just end them physically. The "Permanently Solution" won’t work twice.

I cant find anyway to remove a technology except editing saves.

I upload this mod for a friend on the internet. But I haven’t play Stellaris for a while, so this mod is totally based on theory and haven’t been tested even once. If it doesn’t work anyhow, or you have any better ideas just leave a commit.

Latest Change: change the excavation speed debuff from -99% to -200% in case that other mods may provide buffs which increase archaeology efficiency.
