Update 06.04.22 – Uploaded for most current version, 3.4.3

This mod replaces the mammalian uniforms worn by four of the humanoid races with the new necroid uniforms.

Because of the way the mesh on the portraits work, I am still struggling to find a way to get the necroid ruler outfit to work without too much clipping. In the meantime, I have retextured the mammalian governor uniform to look more "necroid".
