AI帝国が使用する部屋背景のバリエーションを増やします。

04）Mod『[JP localize patch]Spacedock: Adaptive AI Ship Design』に対応しました。
05）Mod『Just More Empires』の86プリセット帝国の部屋背景を
AI帝国でも反映するようにしました。
06）「オービス消費者企業体」の艦船の接頭語に
「キリク共同体」の接頭語が与えられていたので修正しました。（本体Mod修正済）
07）バニラのプリセット帝国の「地球国際連合」が二つ登場してしまう問題を修正しました。

08）水棲種族でも没落帝国の場合は、没落帝国部屋背景になるようにしました。
09）デフォルト部屋になっていた「オービス消費者企業体」の部屋背景を修正しました。
10）3.3.4の変更点を反映しました。

日本語化はバニラを基準にしているため日本語化をすると
一部の肖像画背景がバニラ状態に戻ってしまうのを修正します。

Mod『Diverse Preset Empires Fix』とMod『Colourful and Dimorphism Pack』と
