A mod I made for personal use but I decided to make public for anyone who wants to use it
This is my first stellaris mod so it might be kinda "janky" although I do plane to have future updates and improvements for it
What does it do well it just adds a new humanoid Species I made based off one of my favorite elder scrolls races…snow elfs or falmer
