Description:

This mod adds additional Megastructures to the game which allow for additional resource harvesting from some of the more underused celestial bodies in Stellaris. The Vanilla game contains both a Dyson Sphere and a Matter Decompressor as ways of obtaining large quantities of Energy and Minerals in the late game. However, no structures currently exist in the game to obtain alloys, and the three commonly used ‘rare’ resources: motes, crystals and gases. This mod aims to rectify this by adding in three new structures to the game:

The Astro Miner:

A small Megastructure which is built around Asteroids that when completed produces 25 Rare Crystals a month at the cost of 75 Energy Credits in upkeep.

The Effluvial Extractor:

A ring shaped Megastructure which is built around Gas Giants. This structure will produce 25 Volatile Motes as well as 25 Exotic Gases per month once completed and costs 100 Energy Credits as upkeep.

The Neutrino Mega-Forge:

A colossal Megastructure which has 7 stages of construction. This structure is built around a Neutron or Pulsar star and once fully built will 500 Alloys a month. In order to balance this structure, it utilises a gargantuan volume of Energy Credits as upkeep (currently set at 2000).

I have tried my utmost to ensure that these Megastructures are fair and balanced with each having their own trade-offs in terms of upkeep, however their is no build limit and each empire can build as many as they like.
