Improved Juggernaut
This is a mod made for me and my friends, in light of bigger challenge from higher difficulty.
The goal is to add dynamics and improve the performance of Juggernauts .
More stuff can be added later, as well as changes to variables.

+1 Juggernaut limit for every 400 naval cap, up to 5
Build time reduced from 3600 days to 1800 days
Base speed of Juggernaut increased from 80 to 100
Number of shipyards on the Juggernaut increased from 2 to 4
Juggernaut shield, armor, damage output +50%
Two different(yet almost identical) designs:
#1 featuring 4XL slots, 3L slots, 6H slots, and 2P slots
#2 featuring 5XL slots, 6H slots, and 2M slots
Both with 20 large utility slots and 7 auxiliary slots
Juggernaut can now use afterburners
T5 reactor power increased from 3200 to 3600 for Juggernaut(starbase reactor type)
Aura effects
Strike craft Aura: strike craft fire rate and strike craft speed +50%
Weapon range Aura, Hyperlane Aura remain unchanged
Point defense Aura: tracking -20, point defense weapon fire rate -50% (on hostiles)
Bombardment Aura: explosive weapon damage +33%, bombardment damage +50%
(New) Enhanced nanobot cloud Aura: ship armor and ship hull regen +0.5%
(New) Prioritize fire control Aura: ship fire rate +15%, ship speed and evasion -25%
Note that Aura effect with the same name will not apply more than once on an object.
(Thus, having two exact Aura presented in your fleets is a waste)
All Juggernaut Auras are system-wide.
Some Aura icons for titan are also updated.
