GAPS Traits In Yer AlphaMod

This simple compatibility patch improves sanity of a few trait costs for balance with AlphaMod, as well as adds a few extra benefits to some of AlphaMod’s jobs from GAPS traits.

(DEV) means Development, which means stuff will change, some more stuff may be added, some might be removed and Gwen will be busy with something similar and we’ll mash that together on the fly.
