note that mod has updated the compatibility changes, independent of the changed code to adapt to other modules!

1. This small patch temporarily removes the natural population growth limit of version 3.0.1 (the limit is 50000 after the change)
2, weaken the negative buff of population growth to 0.1.
3. Remove the negative buff of population growth to 0.1.
This patch is for hard core players who don’t like the 3.0.1 population change but don’t want to completely remove the negative buffs[/b

Different from the removed version, it only weakens the negative buff of population growth to 0.1 instead of completely removing the negative buff.
