0.5.4 for Stellaris 2.8

With the help of Logan ‘Grey’ Fox, this mod was revived as an animated portrait mod! However, it is still not perfect so we have to work on it more. Thank you very much for your support and sorry for this long absent!

– Avali unique city appearance. It’s still the old file but I’ll find time to finish it. City appearance (WIP)[i.imgur.com]
– Add new clothes and hairstyles.
