Paches Petruxa’s version of Ethics & Civics Classic fully up to 2.8.1

Includes all relevant changes from the 2.8.1 base files
Includes relevant fixes from Ariphaos Unofficial Patch
Includes only what I thought to be bug fixes from MadJames’s rebuild Revolutions – Ethics and Civics
Includes my no-name empire fixes for base game files that were missed by Petruxa.

Not compatible with Revolutions – Ethics and Civics or the SCM Overhaul version of Ethics & Civics Classic.
