Banned – ECA Patch
This mod lets Banned! 2.7 work with Ethics and Civics Alternative, including the new factions ECA adds.
This mod also makes factions spawn in after 5 years instead of after 10. I used to have a separate mod to do this, but after making this patch it doesn’t make sense for me to make them separate.
I’m sorry if you don’t like that, but I feel like political factions should be in any interstellar society from day one. I would do that if it was feasible, but t’s really not due to how factions and pops work.
