Human Fallen Empires ESC/NSC Patch
This patch fixes the problem of a pathetic human fallen empire while playing with ESC and NSC.
The Problem:
Human Fallen Empires get advanced tech and cant use them because they lack the needed resources (for example Dark Matter for NSC).
What i changed:
– Human Fallen Empires start with tech level 7 instead of 5 but don’t get any rare tech.
Pros:
– Human Fallen Empires can now build ships properly.
– Human Fallen Empires don’t get any tech they shouldn’t have (like crisis tech)
Cons:
– Human Fallen Empires don’t have any special fallen empire tech.
– Human Fallen Empires don’t get any low level rare tech.
Compensation:
– Human Fallen Empires can now do actually some research.
– Human Fallen Empires get a flat 700 research bonuses on every category, increasing it to 1k on each.
– Human Fallen Empires get flat 5 income for Dark Matter and Zro (So they can build rare NSC-Components later).
Compatibility and Updates:
This mod is compatible with every mod and will work for any mod that adds components, as long as the non-rare ones don’t need any new or special resources.
This mod will stay up to date, as long as the original mod doesn’t change anything to the country type human_fallen_empires.
