Ethics and Civics Alt + Expanded Pops + Starnet
Patches "Ethics and Civics Alternative", "z Expanded Traits, Civics, Pops, and More" and "~Starnet AI" to work together.
These mods have a lot of similar changes. Ethic, faction, and civic changes for regular empires, I drew mostly from Ethics and Civics Alt. Megacorp and gestalt civics I drew mostly from Expanded Pops. Similar policies were combined.

Please report any bugs or unexpected behavior! This patch touches a lot of both mods, so any update for either will probably require an update here to reflect those changes properly. I’ll try to keep it up to date, usually within 24 hours of either mod updating.
