Description:

Fixes the issue that makes it impossible to change federation type due to hidden -50 acceptance penalty of AI federation allies. Raises the base acceptance to +50 which cancels the hidden -50 to zero it out.

As long as the federation cohesion is high enough, it should be possible to convince your allies to accept changing the federation type with this mod installed. They will still refuse if federation cohesion is neglected.

May not be compatible with other mods that make changes to 00_federation_types.txt
