Apex Empire [updated!]
now with dimorphism and not renaming the mamallian city and ship! had to delete the old one because for some reason uploading from the stellaris mod upload tool doesnt update the old one just makes a new one.
Actual working portrait mod that doesnt cause crashes like my older one, adds both characters in the thumbnail as portraits in game, might make custom ones later but this was just for learning the system. also adds their own pre-built empire.
has a small problem that the portraits dont show up in the humanoid list like theyre supposed to, as a small remedy for this while i figure out whats causing that you can access them by clicking on the custom race they come with and clicking edit.
