No more useless UN!
Fixes the bug which lets you propose minor sanctions even though they already have been passed, which ruins the entire Galactic Community experience as the AI keeps putting sanctions on the top.
Not ironman compatible since this does edit common/resolutions/00_resolutions.txt
Probably not compatible with any mod that edits that.
Probably will be rendered useless with the next update, when PDX finally finds out that this blunder exists.
Compatible with existing saves, though you’ll have to manually tag into the other countries to make them withdraw the law. Or you can just pass it again and then it shouldn’t appear ever again.
