Ringer System
This mod give a custom start System with a Black Hole and a ring world and 3 other planets of the same type as your homeworld.
The star name and planet name come from your customised empire.
This system is unique (1 in the galaxy) same thing for the other.
Custom AI empire can use it and only one can have it.
Other unreal system start added for people who wanted more eye candy.
Compatibility issues : None (update 04/05/2017). Ironman compatible.
