Description:

Basically, I took the "subdued borders"-Mod from Evil Victor and adjusted it to my personal preferences:

-Slightly more opaque Empires on the Galaxy Map
[vColor.a = max( vBlend, vTint * 0.70f )] instead of [vColor.a = max( vBlend, vTint * 0.45f )]

Edit: This mod is outdated and does not work with the newest updates. I might come back to update this mod in the future tho…
