Real pop growth
Hi!
This mod goal was to simulate accurate pop growth based on population number and not by planet number.
To achive this every planet get an additional pop growth modifier wich is multiplicative with all(almost) other modifiers.
In this eary state the mod has 1% annual natural growth without any additional modifier.
Technical info:
-because modding limitations, devastation pop growth reduction has much smaller effect on densly populated planets.
-monthly based event, with small impact.
-The modifier applied by every 5 pop.
Balance:
-Im waiting for data to increase or decrease growth to be fun and balanced early/mid/lategame and compared to buildable pops.
-In the future most likely migration need to be tweaked for empires who cant resettle.
