Junk Civics Repair
Introduces Many Changes to Civics effects.
Changes :
* Corvee System : Simply Grants +10 Housing for all Planets. Thats it! All other effects are gone.
* Imperial Cult : 15% Influence Gain. -5% egalitarian attraction.
* Beacon of Liberty : Reduces Diplo Influence cost by 15% as additional bonus.
* Philosopher King : Now Grants global happiness 5% and Tech alternative +1. +2 ruler level cap still exist.
* Idealistic Foundation : Workers Work 10% harder, as additional Bonus. (Ofc nothing has to do with Boxerâ„¢)
* Environmentalist : Pops Eats 10% Less Fast Food as additional bonus. (10% less food consumed.)
* Free Haven : All Planet Gains 30 emigration push as DEFAULT. (Pops refuses to stay..) Immigration Growth +50%
* Cutthroat Politics : Leader Pool +5, Edicts Cost -20%
* Shadow Council : Vote Manipulation cost -80%, Edicts Length +20%
* Parliamentary System : Faction Approval +10%, Faction Influence Gain +25%
* Efficient Bureaucracy : Empire Size Penalty -10%, instead of Admin cap. Now actually "efficient."
* Nationalistic Zeal : claim cost reduction got 5% increase.
* Functional Architecture : Now grants Starbase upgrade speed +25% as additional bonus.
* Trading Posts : All Starbase gains +1 protection range as additional bonus.
* Media Conglomerate : War Exhaustion -10% Trust Cap +30 ( its media fools!)
* Naval Contractors : Increases Bombardment dmg +25% as well
* Free Traders : Upgrades Starbase 25% faster as well.
* Private Prospectors : Empire Size Penalty -10% but not shown in description. its NO longer adm cap.
* Ruthless Competition : Pop demotes 35% faster as well.
* Criminal Heritage : Has Hidden Change.
* Private Military Companies : Army Dmg +20%, Army Disengagement +20%, bombardment dmg taken -25%
* Brand Loyalty : Now Increases Trade Attractiveness by 25, and decreases friction issue by 25% as well. Cuz, my brand!
* Subspace Ephapse : Survey Speed +10% Ship Disengagement +20% Ship Upkeep -10%
* Neural Network : Tech Alt +2 instead of +1
* One Mind : Planet Sensor Range +2 as add-bonus
* Divided Attention : Ship Sensor Range +1 as add-bonus, cuz it divided attention.
* Strength of Legions : 20% attack morale dmg as add-bonus. But they makes +20% collateral dmg.
* Subsumed Will : Rivalry Influence +50%, +1 Influence during defensive Wars.
* Pooled Knowledge : edict length +20% as add-bonus
* Constructobot : same as Functional Architecture
* Factory Overclock : All pop output +5% as add bonus
* Unity Cohesion : +0.5 influence during defensive wars as add bonus
* Zero Waste Protocols : now also reduces amenities use by 10%
* Built to Last : made it actually can be picked. Bombardment dmg taken -10%, colony development speed +25%
* OTA Updates : now it grants diplo influence cost -25% as well
* Warbots : bombardment dmg +25%
* Introspective : They terraforms +25% faster as well, cuz they just like it.
* Static Research Analysis : tech alt +2 instead of 1
Despoilers now bombards Harder:
* Barbaric Despoilers : Ship Bombardment Damage +35% (not shown in description)
Slaver Civic’s slave ratio is reduced
* Slaver Guilds : Slave Output +15%, Slave Ratio 30%
* Indentured Assets : Slave Output +10%, Slave Ratio 30%, Pop Consumer Goods upkeep -10%
Space HRE Civics are not localized, here is changed effects:
* Feudal Realm : Vassal Naval Contribution +100%
* Franchising : Vassal Naval Contribution +100%, Diplo Influence Cost -15%
Some of Civic with dedicated description localisations are not yet localized and additional effect added by this mod is hidden:
* Servitor : Gains 10% less Border Friction
* Life-Seeded : 20% faster pop growth, but they eat 20% more food.
* Post-Apocalyptic : 10% Habitability Bonus
* Merchant Guilds : +10 Base Trade Protection
* Inward Perfection : +1.5 Influence during Defensive Wars
* Citizen Service : +10% Militarism.
