!!Lots of Traditions – AI Takes Diplomacy More

This is a patch for !Lots of Traditions that should cause the AI to take the Diplomacy tree more often, I made this because some users reported that the AI wasn’t forming federations so this should fix that.

This doesn’t actually require any mods and should be fully functional on its own, but I made it for use with !LoT

This version does not work with Cultural Overhaul or its variants see the CO Patch version here
