SD’s No Penalty for Prioritized Pop Growth
This little mod removes the penalty for prioritizing a certain pop for growth on a planet.
It used to overwrite 00_static_modifiers.txt but I found a wacky filename that actually comes ahead of "00_" heh. So it should be compatible with everything now.
