Dark Matter Buildings 2.2.*
This mod adds two Tier-5 technologies that are marked as dangerous, but really aren’t. Instead, they allow you to use your spare Dark Matter for something else than the Fallen Empire ship components, which are often obtained much, much later than you gain the ability to mine Dark Matter itself.
Dark Matter Energy Extraction: unlocks a building that produces 40 Energy/month and increases Energy Production from jobs by 10%. Requires 150 DM to build and 1 DM upkeep.
Dark Matter Research: unlocks a building that produces 40 Physics, 30 Society and 30 Engineering research, like a planetary mini-Science Nexus. It requires 400 DM to build, and 1 DM + 4 Energy upkeep.
These are meant to be really powerful and really late-game buildings, and so, they also require at least a Tier-3 capital (Planetary Capital) to be built on the planet. The main advantage of these buildings is that they produce resources directly, without the use of jobs.
Compatibility: Doesn’t change any vanilla files, so should be compatible with everything.
