Description:

Adds upgrade functionality to Administrative State buildings and build weighting based of Glavius Ultimate AI 2.2.2.

This mod allows the AI to better use and upgrade the buildings from Adminisrative State. If you use GAI, the comptibility patch is required or the AI is very unlikely to ever use the buildings. It is a stand alone from Glavius’ mod, but is currently set to use the GAI triggers to turn the mod on and off in the game.

AI use of the starbase building will be included in the future.
