Hermaphrodite trait
This mod simply adds a single trait for species creation/modification that costs 3 points, and speeds population growth up… I honestly expected to have this available vanilla. Hermaphrodite species would be capable of all members of the populace being able to breed.

Hermaphrodite: 3 trait point cost, +50% growth speed
Compatable with any mod that I know of. English Localization only so far. Not usable for synthetic species in my testing though. so not functional for Playable robots, but not incompatable with the mod itself.
First mod for Stellaris, made from scratch. No custom icon yet. Havn’t figured that out. Look for a person with a crown icon for it.
