Modded Species Food Fix
As you may have noticed, Paradox managed to massively break modded species portraits for 2.2. They no longer cost food to maintain. Even worse, they managed to make it so that even mods that have been updated conflict with each other. This is a quick and dirty fix that should allow all modded portraits to properly require food.
