Baby Leaders
This mod makes the age of new leaders & heirs either 0 or 1. It also has a negative effect that slows development.
Should be compatible with everything that doesn’t modify the default ages or leader pool size. Is compatible with existing saves however only new leaders are young. Made without any DLC but should work with them all.
