Prethoryan Scourge Fix
This allows the Prethoryan Scourge planets to be bombed to ‘barren’, which is presently broken.
A shout out to Siksik for coming up with a way to improve this mod. His improvements make it so the planet has to be bombed until it is 0 health (like it will when it is fixed). I’ve uploaded his version, but not to take credit, only so people already subscribed get the best fix.
