Description:

This mod allows you to use mind control technologies more broadly.

• Use your psionic abilities or orbital lasers to subjugates will of primitives! New observation station mission unlocked by Will to Power or Telepathy techs which allows to annex primitive worlds regardless of their advancement level.
• Turn whole races into your docile mental slaves with new trait availiable through Telepathy tech.
• Use psionic-talented secret police to keep pesky non-conformists at bay with new Psionic Correctional Facility unlocked by corresponding tech.
• Reach ultimate level of uniformity and become psionic hive mind.
