The mod allows you to play with both mods together.

Changes made in the mod-

Starting resources

Energy – 350 ( isb was 250)
Minerials – 600 ( kept the isb value) ( Border sys mod had 500)

Frontier Outposts

HP – 7000 ( isb was 2000)
Armor – 200 ( isb was10 )

These are the only values changed in the patch.
