Adds the following factions to the game:

Star Wars
* Galactic Empire
* New Republic

Star Trek
* Borg Collective
* Cardassian Union
* Dominion
* Klingon Empire
* Romulan Star Empire
* United Federation of Plantes
* Ferengi Alliance

Warhammer 40k
* Chaos
* Dark Eldar
* Eldar
* Imperium
* Necrons
* Orks
* Tau
* Tyranids

Starcraft:
* Protoss Empire
* Terran Dominion
* Zerg Swarm

Various:
* Skaarj Empire

All factions are set to spawn always.
If you don’t like this, you can modify the value of @xan_spawn_enabled_default=always in the file xan_variables.txt.
