It’s Unique Ascension Perks 4.3 DEV, but vibe-fixed to work for 4.4.

Original 4.3 mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2811428998 had endless popup issue on 4.4; I couldn’t wait for it to be fixed, so I asked Codex to fix the endless popup issue, this is the result. Seems to work, no popups, but I haven’t tested much of it.

I claim no authorship whatsoever and will delete it once the source mode is updated.

This is a full mod, not a patch, just use this one instead of 4.3 DEV.
