SR Silos rebalanced
I feel like resource silos are currently just a tax, it costs energy to exist and just provides some extra storage.
The thing is, it also consumes building slots, and I find it hard to ever justify using it over another building.
So I buffed it, by it providing:
>+5% planetary building speed.
>100 clerk jobs.
>-25% trade value upkeep on jobs.
>+2.5% trade value production.
I am planning on making another mod that expands on this, by adding resource capacity to districts and buildings.
