Planetary Festivals
Planetary Festivals adds a new colony management system centered around large-scale public celebrations, cultural gatherings, and planetary social programs designed to strengthen unity, prosperity, stability, and civic identity across your empire. Festivals give your empire small bonuses depending on the festival chosen.
The technology "Cultural Festival Coordination" becomes available for research after researching "Planetary Unification". Once researched, select one of your colonies and click "Decisions" to access the available planetary festivals. Each colony may host one festival at a time, with festivals providing temporary planetary bonuses lasting several years. Festivals can also be ended early at any time using the "Cancel Festival" decision.
