Unlimited Sector Size
This little mod removes the limited size of sectors from 4 jumps to unlimited. As base game you can add and remove systems from sectors but still limited to 4 jumps is bit weird. By removing this limited you can chose how to make your sectors and how big.

At certain size sector overlay make lot of witness. Splitting sectors smaller or disable overlay will fix this.
