Diplomacy and gameplay : game more quick and fun

Description:

I did some changes to the gameplay in the way to dinamize the middle game party and improve the diplomacy with better alliances. The other aim is to give more influence to push player to play diplomatically if he wants and use more Edicts. I also wanted to have less planet to colonize but with more special plantes and easier outposts

Here we go :

DIplomacy :

_ 3 to create a federation is enought
_ 3 years between two wars to attack instead of 10
_ No influence cost for alliancy and pacts
_ More influence by month
_ Integration take less time and is less expensive. You can also now integrate 3 vassals in the same time
_ Resarch trade become more important in diplomacy and research bonus
_ A trade can stay 100 years
_ Election cost decreased

Fleet :

_ More Fleet maximum at the beginning of the game : 26 instead of 12
_ More fleet capacity for federations

Gameplay :

_ Planet cap from 5 to 10 planet, and secto cap to 3
_ AI is more agressive
_ More anomaly in the systems
_ More chance to have a customised empire as AI (75% instead of 25%)
_ Outpost less expensive, and cost no influence
_ Time of station to recover health is longer, like this you can come back and finish the work, it’s not already full 🙂
_ Three traits per leader
_ Changed A.I. to play in conscequences with those changings (like making more outpost for exemple)
_ More difficult to go on a non-adapted planet
_ If Farm has a surplus of production it increase the breeding (quicker early colonisation

Other :

_Debris : it gives more points and % of research but they are faster to disapear.
_ Start year has been put in 2634 , find it more realistic than 2100 🙂
_ Leaders to recruit only stay 1 year before changing, and theyre age is now between 25 and 65, (so becarefull don’t take a mummy)
_ Xenophylie and Xenophobia has more effect on game
_ More influence when you uplift a specie, and more research point for observation post
_ Edicts changed, for more variety, price is decrease and effects are more complex
