Planetary Build Cap Increased
Gives you the ability to build multiple things on a planet at once. Like the wilderness origin, but now for any empire.
Copied it straight it out of the origin and placed it in a zero cost edict, available at game-start.
Should be compatible with everything, and every future version of the game unless edicts are reworked.
