Interstellar Space: Kaek Shipset
From deep within the bowels of her icebound nest, the queen of the Kaek has guided the will of her subjects for eons. Over boundless distances, she inserts her thoughts and wishes directly into their very consciousness, for none amongst the Kaek can resist the call of their queen. Together they toil, linked telepathically in pursuit of a single thought, a single mission, as if all in simultaneous possession of a solitary brain. What they are thinking, and what they are doing, is but a compelling mystery to outsiders
